WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Hayes
in the
County of Middlesex
Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and appeal
setting forth That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of Reconant

acting in and for the said
County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the 13th day of May last past

their Insant daughter aged Eleven Years were
removed from the Parish of Acton
in the County of Middlesex
to the parish of Hayes
in
the County of Middlesex
as the place of their last legal settlement whereby the
petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be and, the same is
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Hayes
do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said John Kite< no role >
Sarah his Wife
and their insant Daughter
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Acton
who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said John Kite< no role >
