It is Ordered that Henry James Pye< no role > Esquire have
Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that he and all
Parties Concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday the
Thirteenth day of July Instant at the Hour of Nine o'Clock in
the forenoon of the same day then and there to hear and
abide the Judgement and determination of the said Court
touching the same Appeal
