To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in their their present General Sessions
of the peace assembled.

The Humble Petition of Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of that part of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn which his above the the bars in the said County

Sheweth


That by an Order of pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of G. Mercer, and J. Mercer Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County lane whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the ninth day of November Instant, Susannah
Bowen
< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Mary le bone in the County afore aforesaid to the said part
of the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the Place of her
last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Order of the said two Justices appeal to
your Worships against the same and request that
your Worships will be Pleased to appoint a day in this
present Session for the hearing and determining the
said Appeal and that the Churchwadens and Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone may
be Ordered to attend the Court to hear and abide the
determination of your Worships touching the said
Appeal.
