Sheweth
that your Petitioners was on or about the 26th of Novr.
instant convicted in the Penalty of five Pounds by

one of the Justice of the Peace for the said County apon
an Information exhibited and prosecuted by
Patrick Russel< no role >
charging that your Petitioners did in the Parish of Saint
Luke
in the said Count in the 29th day of October last demand
receive and Late of and from one

on Redcemine the
Pawn broker therein
afterin mentioned the sum of four pence
by way of profit upon four shilling on the 22th day of July
last last upon a Pledge of & manis Coat to the said

contrary to the Statute or
That your Petitioner conceives himself aggrieved by such
correction and to advised to appeal against the same
Your Petitioner Herefore Humbly prays
your Worships will be pleased to permit him
to enter his appeal so that the same may be
heard at this present general Session of the Peace
in and for the said County and that your
Worships will appoint a day for Hearing and
determining she same
And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
