MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, (by adjournment) on Thursday
the Fifteenth Day of September
in the Thirty sixth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
[..] Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
William Whittington< no role > and George Foreman< no role > two of the Inhabitants of his Majestys
Royal Palace or Forbress of the Tower of London Appellants and the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Hamlet of Mile End Old Town in the parish of Saint
dunstan Stepney in the County of Middlesex Respondents touching the settlement
of Mary Ann Warner< no role > Widow of George Warner< no role > deceased which stood duly adjourned
until this day Do at the request of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the said Hamlet of Mile End Old Town and by and with the consent of the said
William Whittington< no role > and George Foreman< no role > stand further adjourned
until the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this County;
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto theChurchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of
said William Whittington< no role > and George Foreman< no role >
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Twenty seventh day of October next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
