MIDDLESEX .

At the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, (by adjournment) on Thursday
the Eighteenth Day of February
in the Thirty sixth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, &c. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , Hammond Crosse< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours Com-
mitted in the same County.

WHEREAS the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Cheltenham
in the County of Gloucester Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and
Appeal setting forth That by an order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of
Nathaniel Conant< no role > and Philip Neve< no role > two of His Majestys Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof was of the Quorum) bearing date the Twelfth day of
January One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety six Sarah young< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex to the
Parish of Chelsenham in the County of Glocester as the place of the last legal settlement
of the said Sarah Young< no role > , whereby the petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved.

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside;
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of Sheltenham do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said Sarah Young< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint George Hanover Square who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Sarah Young< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law.
