That your Petitioner was on or about the
Twenty Eighth day of December last past Convicted by

Esquire
one of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace
for the said County of Middlesex
of
having at a certain Turnpike Gate
at Rogmove Lane
in the parish of Saint Mary abbot
kensington
in the
county aforesaid on the Twenteeth day of December lasts
taken of and from one
John Andrews< no role >
a Greater to be for a
Single horse passing through the said Turnpike Gate
than what he is authourised to do, contrary to the
Statute in that case made and provided And
I the
Lord questionedyour Petitioner conceiving himself
affrieved thereby doth humbly pray to be permitted to
appeal from such conviction and that you will please
to appoint a day for that purpose.
And your Petitioner
