May it please your Royal Highness

The Magistrates of the County of Middlesex beg leave to present to
your Royal higness and Your Illustrious Consort theirourmost cordial and
joyful congratulations upon the Birth of a Princess, and theywerequest your
Royal Highness to believe that theyweconsider every encrease of the Royal
family as an additional security for the continuance of our happy Constitu-
-tion upon the preservation of which theyweare firmly pursuaded the enjoyment
of all our Liberties and priviledges depends .
