AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursdaythe Seventeenth Day of September in the
Thirty fifthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that Mr Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay unto
Mr Spencer Enoe (out of the County Rate) the Sum of Ninety four Pounds and
Ten Shilling for the damages recovered by John Jacques< no role > before the Justices at
Westminster against Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas Dearing< no role > two of the
Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston by occasion of a certain Trespass and Riot
done to the said John Jacques< no role > : The further Sum of Seventy seven pounds and
fifteen Shillings for the damages recovered by Edward Egginton< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. against the
said Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas Dearing by occasion of a certain Trespass
and Riot done to the said Edward Egginton< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. : The further sum of Four Hundred
and ninety eight pounds for the damages recovered by Sarah Hanna< no role > against the
said Richard Monkhouse< no role > and Thomas Dearing by occasion of a certain Trespass
and Riot done to the said Sarah Hanna< no role > and also the further Sum of Sixty two
pounds for the damages recovered by Benjamin Fletcher< no role > against the said Richard
Monkhouse
< no role > and Thomas Dearing by occasion of a certain Trespass and Riot
done to the said Benjamin Fletcher< no role > : and that the Receipt of the said Spencer
Enoe together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge for payment thereof.
