To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in then General Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant or Order
under the hands and Seals of N. Conant and John Scott< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesty's of the Peace acting in and for
the said County of Middlesex (one Whereof being of the Quaorum)
bearing date the Twenty fourth day of November instant
Jenny Hill< no role > aged fourteen Years was removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square in the said County to the said Parish
of Saint Giles in the Fields as the Place of her last
legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to his Court against the adjudicating
of the said two Justices and their said
Order and Pray that your Worships
will be Pleased to Appoint a day in
this Present Session for the hearing
and Determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners will pray Etc
