Highway and with a certain large Kick which he
in his right hand had and held violently Shiking
the said Robert Buckie< no role > upon the right side of the
Head, and thereby giving unto him one wound of
the Length of Three Inches and depth of one Inch
with a wicked intent him the said Robert Feloniously
and of his malice aforethought to kill and murder
on the 30th. day of August last.
