2d Count For unlawfully obtaining from one Mary Waterlow< no role > the Sum of One Shilling
by Falsely pretending that he could describe the
Person that had Stolen the said Cotton Gown
cont to the Stat: on the Same day

3d cotfor unlawfully falsely and fraudulently pretending
to the said Mary Waterlow< no role > that a tall genteel
person dark Eyed and dark haired and who had
three moles about her; one under her left breast,
one on her arm and the other on her back had
stolen the said Cotton Gown of the said William
which he had then lately before lost: and by means
thereof and divers other false subtle deceitful and
Crafty Arts tokens and devices then used and
practised by the said William Cherverell Perrin< no role > to
the Said Mary Waterlow unlawfully falsely and
deceitfully obtain and acquire of and from the Said
Mary Waterlow< no role > the Sum of One Shilling the Monies
of the Said William Waterlow< no role > and deceiving and
depauding her of the Same Cont to the Statute on
the Same day.
