The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre London

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of 6. J. Kirby and Is St
Andrew Esquires Two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace Acting in and for the County of Middlesex (One
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 10th.
Day of July last past Joseph Julion< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife
and Mary Ann< no role > their Child aged near Four Years
were Removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of
Middlesex Aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London as the Place of their legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of Removal
of the said Two Justices Appeal to the
Court against the same And humbly
pray that the said Appeal may be
heard this present Session and that a
time may be appointed for the hearing
And determining thereof
