MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Twenty first Day of May in the
Thirty fifthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay unto Mr.
Daniel Hinley< no role > Treasurer of the Monies Received under and by virtue of an Act of
Parliament made and passed in the Twenty sixth Year of his Present Majesty's
Reign untiled "An Act to made the Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex to
paise Money in manner therein mentioned for erecting a House Correction within
"the said County" out of the County Rate) the Sum of Six Hundred and Seventy five
Pounds for the Fourteenth Half Years Interest due upon the Sum of £30000 raised
by Tontine at £4½ & Cent. per Annum towards depaying the Expence of building
the said House of Correction and that the Receipt of the said Daniel Hinley< no role > (together
with this Order shall be a Sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment

And it is also Ordered that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay
unto Mr. Daniel Hinley< no role > Treasurer as aforesaid (out of the County Rate) the Sum of
Four Hundred and Fifty Pounds for the Sixth Half years Interest due upon the Sum
of £2000 raised by Tontine at 4½ P Cent P Annum towards depaying the Expence
of Building the said House of Correction and that the Receipt of the said Daniel Hinley< no role >
(together with this Order) shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment

And is is further Ordered that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer do pay unto
Mr. Daniel Hinley< no role > Treasurer as aforesaid (out of the County Rate) the Sum of Three
Hundred Pounds for the Second Half Years Interest due upon the Sum of £12,000 paised
by Tontine at £5 P Cent P Annum: towards depaying the Expence of building the said
House of Correction and that the Receipt of the said Daniel Hinley< no role > together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment
