Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate
in the City of London
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a certain Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of

Rupert Clark< no role >
Esquire
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
and City and Liberty of Westminster
in the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the eleventh day of June 1795

Susannah< no role >
(his Wife) And two Children (namely)

aged about four years and
Susannah< no role >
aged about Seventeen
Months were removed and conveyed from and out of the parish
of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County
of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate
in the City of London
by the description of the
Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
in the liberty of the City
of London
as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
John Tilling< no role >
Susannah (his Wife) and two Children whereby
your Petitioners Apprehend themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
against the said Order or pass Warrant and
Pray that the benefit of their said Appeal may
be saved unto them And that the hearing
and determination thereof may be adjourned
until the next General Session of the peace
to be holden in and for the said County.
