to pay Extra ½ for 150 Reeds Or Under, 1d for 300 Or Under.
and 1½d for 400 Or Under, if it Exceeds 400 to be paid as Muslin

The Masters Shall be Allowed 50 Reeds to Any of the before
Mentiond Counts But if it Exceeds 50 Reeds to pay for the whole 150

It was Also Agreed Not to Exceed 70 Shuter to the Inch
all above to be paid as Muslin
