To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in there General Session of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden within the
Liberty of Westminster in the Said County.

Sheweth

That by Cirlue of a Pass warrant or Order under
the hands and seals of A Graham and R Clark Esquires
two of his Majestes Justices of the Peace for the [..] County of Middlesex
aforesaid one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty sixth day of January last Sarah Hardy< no role > was removed
and Coveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James at
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said
Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden as the place of her
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved and do appeal to this Court
against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
your Worship will be pleased to save
unto them the benefit of their appeal and
to adjourn the hearing and determination
thereof until the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden in and for the said
County of Middlesex at the New Session House
on Clerkenwell Green and that all Persons
concerned may be directed them & there to attend
End your Petitioners shall prayly
