aforesaid Do therefore this Tenth day of March
1795 determine and adjudge that the said Richard
Troy
< no role > is guilty of the Offence with which he is
charged as aforesaid and he is convicted thereof
and we the said last named Justices do hereby
order and adjudge him the said Richard Troy< no role >
to pay the sum of Eighty Pounds of lawfull
Money of Great Britain being double the Value
of the said Five Horses so removed, conveyed
away and concealed as aforesaid to the said
Elizabeth Tennant< no role > on or before the Twenty first
day of this instant March Given under our
Hands and Seals this Tenth day of March
One Thousand seven Hundred and Ninety five.
