That by Virtue of an Order or Pass
of Removal under the Hands and Seals of

the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the
18th. day of October 1794

with her three Children the eldest

aged 4 Years the second
named
Sarah< no role >
aged and Year and nine Months
the youngest named
Sophia< no role >
aged nine Weeks
were removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Isleworth
in the said County
of Middx to the said Parish of Taplow
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore
humbly appeal to your Worships
against the Adjudication of the
said two Justices and their said
Order and pray that you will
be pleased to appoint same day
in their present Session for
the hearing and determining the
said Appeal
