To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in General Session assembled

The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Anne within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under the Hand
and Seal of Nicholas Bond< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex bearing date
the twenty fourth day of October now last past [..] the
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes
are ordered to pay to Emelia Empson< no role > the Wife of Thomas
Empson< no role > a Substitute serving in the Westminster Regiment
of Militia for William Crighton< no role > of the Said Parish of Saint
Anne towards the support of herself and child a weekly
allowance of three shillings out of the rates for the relief
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes which
said allowance is to be comfected from the 24th. day of April
1793 and by which said order the Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Anne from time to time when and as of [..]
as they should be thereto required by the Overseers of the [..] of
the said Parish of Saint Clement Daues are ordered to
rein burse and pay to them all such sum and sums of
money as they shall advance in pursuance of the order
made as aforesaid Whereby your petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved.

They therefore hereby appeal to this Court Against
the Order of the Said Justice and pray that your worships
will appoint a day in this present Session for hearing and
determining thereof and that all persons concerned therein
may have notice to attend the same.

And your Petitioners will ever pray
