At the General Quarter Session of the peace for our
Sovereign Lord the King holden at the Session House
in and for the said Country onday of
day of September in the thirty fourth Year of the Reign
of Our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God
of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender
of the Faith and so forth.

It is Ordered that the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex and all persons concerned Do upon notice of
the Appeal to be given to them Attend this Court on
theday of
at the Hour of 9 O Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of the Court touching
the said Appeal
