To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Twickenham in the
said County To execute, and to the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Subberton
in the County of Hants
and to each and every of them to receive and observe.

UPON the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Twickenham aforesaid
in the said County of Middlesex unto us whose Names
are hereunto set and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
and one of us of the Quorum, that Sarah Oliver< no role > [..]
widow of the late James Oliver< no role > , sawyer
with her has Children Anne< no role > aged 4 years Charles< no role >
aged 11 Months

ha th come to inhabit in the said Parish of Twickenham
not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owning her or her Family to be Settled else-
where, and that the said Sarah Oliver< no role >
to her two Children are become chargeable to the said
Parish of Twickemham We the said
Justices upon due Proof made hereof, as well upon the Examination of
the said Sarah Oliver< no role > upon Oath,
as otherwise, and likewise upon due Consideration had of the Premises,
do adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge, that the
lawful Settlement of them the said Sarah their to her two
Children is in the said Parish of Subberton ,
that being her Maiden settlement & her Husbands
Settlement being utterly unknown, & the two Children
being sent with the Mother [..] per Nurture
We do therefore in his Majesty's Name
require and authorize you the said Church-Wardens or Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Twickenham or some, or one
of you, to convey the said Sarah Oliver< no role > , her two Instant
Children
from and out of your said Parish of Twickinham
to the said Parish of Subbreton and them
to deliver to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
to some, or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
thereof: And we do also hereby require you the said Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Subbuton
to receive and provide for them
asInhabitants of your Parish

Given under our
Hands and Seals the Sixth Day of May in the Year of
our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and ninety four
