In Appeal touching the Settlemt. of Elizth Randall< no role >
Singlewoman

By an Ordered Dated 24th. June last under the Hands Etc of Geo: Mercer< no role >
Junr . and I Mercer two Justices Etc the Pauper was removed
with her two illegitimate Children namely Mary Ann< no role > aged
8 Years and William< no role > aged 5 Years for Nurture from Respondts.
Parish to that of Appellts. as the place of her last Settlement

This Appeal as appears is confined to the Removal of
the Child Mary Ann< no role > aged 8 Years with the Mother for
Nurture to the Appellts part of the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn

The Pauper Elizth. Randall< no role > gained a Settlemt. with the
Appellts. by renting a first Floor unfurnished in the
House of one James Trollope< no role > in Eagle Street in their
part of the parish for Six Months at the yearly rent
of 13 Guineas

Mary Ann< no role > aged 8 Years one of the Children above
named was born in Furnivals Inn Court (which is said
to be in the part of the Parish which his below the Barrs)
and William< no role > the other Child was born in the Parish
of Saint George the Martyr Queen Square

The Appellts admit the Pauper Elizth is settled
with them the only objection is in respect to the Child
8 Years old who they say cannot be moved with the Mother
for Nurture and in regard to her we apprehend the
Appeal must be allowed and as to Elizabeth the Order
confirmed.
