To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the
Peace Assembled

The humble Petition of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the County of
Surrey

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of the Two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 8th. day of July Instant James Dunning< no role > Hannah< no role > his Wife
and their five Children namely Elizabeth< no role > aged upwards of Twelve Years
Joseph< no role > aged near eleven YearsAnn< no role > aged about Nine Years, Hannah< no role >
Aged upwards of five Years and Mary< no role > aged upwards of two Yearswere
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn which lies above the Bars in the said County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth in the said County of Surrey as the
place of their last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal against the said Order
and humbly pray relief in the premises And that your
Worships will be pleased to respite the hearing and determing.
this their Appeal until the next General Session of the Peace

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
