That upon This he run away for ascertains and had the
said prisoners secured.

he saw thePrisonersother Informant Elizabeth Lazenby on
her back, with her Pettycoats up, but did not see which
of the prisoners threw her down. That he distinolly [..]
observed the prisoner John Mac Carty's< no role > Breeches Down
That he saw her private parts, & That he was laying on her,
Upon which he with the other Informant George Bailey< no role > ,
run & pulled the said prisoner offThat Elizabeth Lazenby< no role >
then seemed exhausted with struggling & crying out. That the
Prisoner Wm. Hancock< no role > hadakhold of one of her Legs, & one
of the other prisoners, which he believes to be Dennis Mac Carty< no role >
had hold of the other.

John Bailey< no role > for himself Saith That at the Time abovementioned that
one of the said prisoners Threw Elizabeth Lazenby down< no role > on her
Back, but he cannot say which of them it wasThat
Hancock had hold of one of her Legs & Dennis Mac Carty< no role > had
of the other. That her petty Coats were Thrown up, and that

he saw the said John Mac Cartys private parts.
