has every reason to believe The Cloak wastacktaken by
One of the said Prisoners.

Ann Harding< no role > for herself saith That she was present when all the
said prisoners at the Bar Came up. That she saw the
other Informant Elizabeth Lagenby thrown down by
them, but being frightened She run away; so that the
did not observe particularly what passed afterwards

William Reed< no role > for himself saith That he was present with the other
Informants when the said prisoners came up to them.
That he well remembers That she said prisoners Galloway
and John Mac Carty< no role > laid hold of Elizabeth Lazenby &
Threw her down on her Back. That they used her with
great rudeness and violence, & tore her Cloaths. That the
prisoner Dennis Mac Carty< no role > bid him keep off, else They
would Gag him & do for him. That another of the
prisoners called out "Now we have here Down we will
[..] her do [..] do for her". That The prisoners Galloway,
I Pouncet held her Legs, whilst John Mac Carty who
had his Breeches down, laid upon her, That she then seemed
quite exhausted with strugling and crying out. That
when the said John Mac Carty's Breeches were down
he saw her private parts, & That he attempted, and
as this Informant believes, he had Carnal Knowledge of her Body
