Maketh Oath and saith that the Place of residence
of the said Prosecutrix or where she might be found being
unknown to the said Defendant Mary Kendall< no role >
this Deponent
did on the first day of July Instant call on Messrs. Herne and
Pearce of Paternoster Row
who are Solicitors fot the said
Prosecutor to enquire whether they could inform this
Deponent where she then resided or could be found and
being there told that they did not know this Deponent
went to Mr. Chetham who is Agent for the said Prosecutrix
to make the like enquiry but could not get any
intelligence of her there And there upon this Deponent on
the said first day of July Pursuant to the Order of this Court
made herein on the third day of June last left at the
Office of the Clerk of the Peace for this County the Notice
of Trial a Copy whereof is hereto annexed And did
at the same time also leave at the said Office a Copy
of the said Order
