The King on the Prosecution of

John Willson< no role > }
for Perjury.

Thomas Davison< no role > of Poland Street in the Parish of Saint
James with the Liberty of Westminster and County of Middlesex Victualler , the
above named Prosecutor maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent in
September Session last caused the Bill of Indictment in this Prosecution to be presented
to the grand Jury for the County of Middlesex which was returned a true Bill.
and in Consequence there of this Deponent did on or about the first Day of October
following obtain Warrant on the said Indictment from the Honourable Mr.
Justices Ashhurst and caused the Same to be given to Mr Ridgway one of the
Tipstaffs of his Majesty's Court of King's Bench with the best Instructions to
execute the said Warrant this Deponent was able to give. And this Deponent
further saith that he has used hisutmost Endeavours eversince to get
the said John Willson< no role > arrested on the said Warrand but without Effect.
And this Deponent further Saith that he Verily believes that the said John
Wilson
< no role > is gone abroad or otherwise secrets himself do avoid being
arrested on the said Warrant. And this Deponent further saith
that the does not known or can be form any Belief where the said
John Willson< no role > is now to be found

House on Clerkenwell Green the
