Sovereign Lord George the third King
of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered That the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the County of Middlesex have Notice of the
within Appeal and that they and all persons
concerned do attend the Court on Thursday the Fourteenth
day of April Instant at Nine. O' Clock in the
Forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
