Mary Goodman< no role > late of the same Spinster and

Harry Morey< no role > late the same Yeoman for a certain Misdemeanour in
unlawfully exacting taking and receiving from one
William Pigeon< no role > the Sum of £2.. 6.. 0 under Colour and
pretence that he had before that time committed certain Offence
against a certain Penal law (that is to say) that he had
sold certain Fireworks called Serpents and Crackers agt.
the Stat. which Sum of Money was so exacted taken
and received of the said William for themselves as and for
a Composition with him for pretended Offence above
mentioned, without the Order or Consent of some or any one
of the Courts of our Lord the King at Westminster agt.
the Stat. on the 8th. day of November last.

For unlawfully exacting taking and receiving from the
said William the Sum of £1.. 15.. 6 in like Manner, on
the same day agt. the Stat

For unlawfully fraudulently and deceitfully under false
Colours and Pretences exacting obtaining and getting
into their Hands and Possession from the said William
the Sum of £2.. 6.. 0 and £1.. 15.. 6 the Monies of the said
William under Colour and pretence that he had then
lately before done and committed divers offences against
the Penal Statutes of this Realm whereby he had
incurred certain Penalties and under Colour and Pretence
of compounding the said Penalties so supposed to be
incurred by him, and cheating and defending him
of the same, on the same day.
