Benjamin Laimbeer< no role > of Fisher Street Red Lyon Square
in the County of Middlesex Shoemaker the above named
Defendant maketh Oath and Saith that he was Indicted
in December Sessions last by the above named Allen
Underhill< no role > For an Assault And this Deponent further
Saith that he Caused Notice of Tryal to be given to the
above named Prosecutor for this present Sessions but
this Deponent omitted Entring his Venire And this
Deponent further saith that he will give Notice of Tryal
and Enter his Venire in due time for the next General
Quarter Sessions to Answer to the Indictment preferred
by the above named Prosecutor against this Deponent
