On the Prosecution of James Mallett< no role >
for an Assault

William Aston< no role > of Devonshire Street Queen Square
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and saith
that the was indicted by the abovenamed Prosecutor James Mallett
in December Session last for an Assault and that he this Deponent
did Accordingly Appear at the last Session and traverse the said
Indictment to this present January Sessions and this Deponent further
with that since that time he has applied at the last Known place
of residence of the said James Mallett the Prosecutor and Used
every Endeavour in his Power to learn where the said James Mallett< no role >
the Prosecutor now lives in order to serve a Notice of this Deponents
Appearance at the present January Session to try his Traverse to
the said Bill of Indictment preferred against this Deponent as
aforesaid upon the said James Mallett the Prosecutor but that he
this Deponent has not been able to find out the place of residence
of the said James Mallett< no role > the Prosecutor
