London Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith That he was present
and did see the within written Deed Poll or Release duly signed
sealed and delivered by the therein named Samuel Ealand< no role > and
that the person therein described by the name. and Addition of
Ann the Wife of Henry Sabine< no role > in the same person as above
described to be Indicted by the name of Ann Sabine otherwise
Simpson, and is also the same Person as indicted by the
same names Jointly with one Jane Hopton< no role > otherwise Smith< no role >
