Old Street in the County of Middlesex Cordwainer Maketh
[..] Oath and saith that he this Deponent was present as one
of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within General Release or Deed
Poll William mentioned and did see the same duly signed
Sealed and Executed by the within named Martha King< no role >
and did also see her set her Make at the footof the footof the
Seal opposite thereto And that the Names Clemtand
Pank and Henry Heell Set as Witnesses to the Execution of
the within General Release or Deed Poll are the proper
hands Writings of this Deponent and one Henry Heell

now holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Sessions house
