Prisons or Houses of Correction Shall be Subjects

be paid by the Keeper or Governor for the time
being thereof respectively who shall be allowed the same
in his their Acts Stuk Rate or Assessmt to
be made thereon after the Early Rent or Value
of the Lands or Here ditants Purchased a to be
Purchased for the Execting To building of such forigen
or prison House or Houses of Correction at
the tene of such purches tent at any high
