Session House were rated and did pay to the normal
Rates or Taxes in the said Year of our Lord 1777

That by a Bill now before this Honorable House
intitled "A Bill for pulling down the Church of St
James of Clerkenwell & for building a New Church
So the and which said Will has passed the Commee
It is amongst other This entirded to be Pailed" That it
"Shall and may he lawful for the Trustees them a en [..] ed by
"Writing under their Hands to make an Assessments
"or Assessmts Rate or Rates upon the sd Session
"House or Clerkenwell Green at Latter the Rate
or Value of £ [..]

And in Which said Bill are Contained two
several Provisions Vizt

"Provided That Nothing in this Act contained
"Shall & tead to tax rate on Assess son any
"of the purposes therof any part of
"the proseat Goals called the new parish
"Bridwell nor any Hospital a Charitatte
