maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on the third
Day of December instant personally serve the above named Prosecutrix
with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed Marked A. by
delivering the same into the Hands of the said Prosecutrix at her
House in Newman Street
Oxford Street
in the said County of
Middlesex
And this Deponent further Saith that after the
Christian name of the said Prosecutrix and did on Thursday
the Sixth Day of December instant serve the above named
Prosecutrix with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed
marked B. by delivering the same into the Hand of the said
Prosecutrix at her House in Newman Street
aforesaid who
informed this Deponent that she hand given the Notice to Mr.
Clarkson her Attorney and that the mistake should make no
difference And this Deponent further Saith that the said
Notice have not since been Counternamed to the knowledge
or belief of him this Deponent
