Burgess
< no role > for an Assault

Joseph Burgess< no role > of Peter Street Saffron Hill
in the County of Middlesex Shoe maker Maketh Oath
and saith that William Baker< no role > the above named
defendant was apprehended an a Bench Warrant and
entered into a Recognizance to appear and plead at
this present Session to answer the Complaint of
him the said Joseph Burgess< no role > the above named
prosecution for an assault and further the said
saith that he the said Joseph Burgess< no role > was personally
in the presence of the said William Baker< no role > with a
notice of Trial for the said William Baker< no role > to appear
and plead and take his Trial for the said Assault
at this present Session but an enquiry finds
that the said William Baker< no role > hath not entered his
Vemire
