in the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnel Green in the County
aforesaid Weaver Make oath and say that they this Dept
went Yesterday the fourteenth Instant December to the house
of the Prosecution Philip Larcher< no role > in Virginis Row in the
Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnel Green aforesaid to know if
he would Attend the Honourable Court this day and give
Evidence against the above named Defendant Judith Penn< no role >
when he told these Depts that he would not Attend the said
Court our give himself any sort of trouble about the matter
and her [..] that he had received a Notice from the sd
Deft on the Shert [..] day of November [..]
