Wapping and County aforesaid Perukemaker maketh
Oath that the Circumstance alledged in the petition
of the Defendant in the Cause and herewith Delivered
as to this Deponant meeting with the prosecutrix
in this Cause on the last Day of the last October
Sessions in and for this County is Shirtly true and
that the said prosecutrix did then say unto him
this Do ponent she would not Attend the further
Prosecution of this Matters but that the said Depondant
might do therein as the could as her the prosecutors
purport was Answered or Words to that Import.
