The King agst.. William Littell< no role > on the
Prosecution of John James< no role >

John Stuart< no role > of Bear Yard Clear Market in the
County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and
Saith that he this Deponent did on Monday the third day of
December instant leave at the Tum pike house near
Saint Georges Church in the said County of Middlesex , and
also at the Office of the Clerk of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex a true Copy of the Notice of Trial in
this Cause here unto annexed and also a true Copy of
the Order of Court hereunto annexed, signed by the Defendant
And this Deponent saith that the Copy left at the said
Turn pike House was left with Mr. Ambler one of the
same time acquaint the said Mr. Ambler of the Intent and
Meaning of such Notice And this Deponent believes that
such Notice of Trial hath not been since Countermanded
And Saith he hath used his best Endeavours to find out where
the said John James< no role > now liveth, leat hath not been able
to to do
