Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said John Reider for himself says that he hath
lately had stolen in his Lodging the following
Articles Vizt. one white dimitty Petticoat two
Muslin aprons and a Childs laced Cop And
this Informant further says that the person not
present who calls herself Ann Howard< no role >
Came
into his House on Saturday the 8th of December
Instant to nurse his Wife And the said Hugh
McDonald< no role >
for himself says that in the afternoon
of the same day he saw the said Ann Howard< no role >
as out of the said House appercutly with
something concealed Mider her Cloaths And the Said
Elizabeth Chalk< no role >
for herself says that on the
Night of the same day she examined the said
Ann Howard< no role >
and found the Petticoat now
produced concealed under her Cloaths and
the
