Wilful and Corrupt Perjury on the 13th day of Feburary to
Before the Honourable Francis Buller< no role > Esquire then being one
of His Majestys Justices assigned to hold Pleas before the King
himself at and upon the Trial of a certain Issue before
then duly joined at the suit of one Thomas Bird< no role > against
John Boydell< no role > Esquire and John Hopkins< no role > Esquire late
Sheriff of the County of Middlesex for a supposed false return
supposed to have been made by them as late Sheriff to
the said Court of our said Lord the King upon a certain
Writ called a Fieri Facias issued upon a certain judgement
recovered in the said Court at the Suit of the said Thomas
Bird
< no role > against one Six Watkin Lewes< no role > Knight in an Action of
Debt (as follows) That he the said Joseph Brown had
indemnifyed the said John Boydell< no role > Esquire and John Hopkins< no role >
Esquire as such late Sheriff from and against all Costs and
Charges and Expences which they as such late Sheriff Might
be put unto for or concerning the said supposed false
return so supposed to have been made by them to the
said Court upon the said Writ of Fieri Facias
