The Order made on the County Day of the last Session relative to the
deficiency of Joseph Stocken< no role > the Collector of the Tolls of the Haymarket
being read, and Mr. Burchell having informed the Court that Mr.
Stocken had not made any payment to him on account of the said Tolls
and the said Mr. Stocken not having entered into or proposed any Security
for the future payment there of pursuant to the said Order

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to meet the Westminster
Committee to confer with them and to consider what is proper to be
done relative thereto and that Nathaniel Conant< no role > Herbort Whitfields< no role >
Thomas Gordon< no role > George Alcock< no role > William Bleamire David Walker< no role > and
Roger John Staples< no role > be such Committee and that the said Committee have
full power to concur with the said Westminster Committee in such
Measures as may be thought advisable upon this subject and to
carry the same into execution and that the said Committee be
summoned to meet the said Westminster Committee on Thursday the
eighth day of January next at the Session House in King Street
Westminster at twelve o' Clock precisely.
