Whereas Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. of Saint Mary Islington in the County of
Middlesex Contractor for the conveyance of Vagrants in through and out
of the County of Middlesex and Benjamin Seers of West Twyford in the
said County of Middlesex at the General Quarter Session of the Peace
holden by adjournment at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in the
said County on the Fourteenth day of September in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Seven in and for the said County of
Middlesex Before William Mainwaring< no role > Wm Bleamire Thomas Gorden Joseph Faikney< no role > Joseph Girdler< no role > George Allcock< no role > [..] and
others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the
Peace of our said Lord the King in and for the said County and also to
hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanours
committed in the said County came and the said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. on his
Oath gave the said Justices to understand and be informed that he the
said Henry Adams< no role > This name instance is in set 1591. did on the Twelfth day of September Instant under
and by Virtue of a Vagrant Pass granted by William Newman< no role > Esqr. one of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London requiring
Thomas Linton< no role > a Constable of the said City to convey Benjamin Seers
a Vagrant to the Parish of Saint Clement Danes Middlesex that being
the first Parish through which he ought to pass in the direct way to
the Parish of West Twyford in the County of Middlesex and under
and by Virtue of an Order made on the said Pass by Thomas Gordon< no role > Esqr.
One of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
directing the said Vagrant to be conveyed to the said Parish of West Twyford
being the Parish of his last legal Settlement convey the said Vagrant
Benjamin Seers to the said Parish of West Twyford And the said Benjamin
Seers on his Oath gave the said Justices to understand and be informed
that he did live one whole Year with Henry Lott< no role > the Father of Daniel
Lott
< no role > as his Shepherd and that there is but one Householder within the said
