Saint Andrew Holborn in the County aforesaid
Pewterer Maketh Oath and Saith That on or about
the Twelfth day of June last the above Edward Thorpe
was Apprehended for having Obtained under False
Pretences Two hundred Weight of Tin of the Value of
Ten Pounds the Property of this Deponent and his
Partner above named And the said Edward Thorpe< no role >
was brought before the Sitting Magistrates at the
Rotation Office at the above Sessions House And
this Deponent was bound over to Prosecute the said
Edward Thorpe< no role > at the following Sessions to be held
for the County of Middlesex And this Deponent
Saith That he Attended at the said Sessions [..]
and Preferr'd a Bill of Indictment against [..]
said Edward Thorpewhich said Bill was [..]
by the Grand Jury as a true BillAnd this Deponent
saith That he was told to Attend at the Old Baile
to give Evidence respecting the said Prosecution
At which Place this Deponent Attended for several
DaysAnd this Deponent Saith That he Verily
