To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
of the County of Middlesex

The humble petition of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre London

Sheweth


That by an order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of The Reverend Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet and William Blackbourne< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the
County of Middlesex one whereof being of the Quorum
bearing date the 3d. day of February 1787 Mary Javens< no role >
Singlewoman aged Nineteen years was removed and
conveyed from the sd Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid unto the said Parish of Saint
Sepulchre London as the place of his legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the said Order of Removed of the said
Two Justices appeal to this Court against
the same and humbly pray that the said
Appeal may be adjourned to the next
General Quarter Session And that a Day
in the next Sessions may be appointed for
the hearing and determining thereof
