It is Ordered that the within named Humphrey
Jackson< no role > Esquire have Notice of the within Appeal
and that he and all Persons concerned to Attend this Court
on Thursday the Twelfth day of January Instant at
Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Said Court touching the said Appeal
