That afterwards (to wit) on the 4th. day of November then
next following the Petitioner was Convicted of the said Offence And
the said Justice Did award and Adjudge That the Petitioner for the
said Offence had forfeited and was to pay the Sum of Twenty Pounds
to be distributed and applied One Moiety to the use of our said Lord
the King and the other Moiety to Joseph Oakes< no role > the informer according
to the form of the Statute Etc Whereby the Petitioner conceived
himself aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said
Petitioner It is Ordered that the benefit of his said Appeal
should be saved unto him and the hearing and determining thereof
be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County and on Notice
hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said Humphrey Jackson< no role >
Esquire he and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the
Sessions House aforesaid on Thursday the Nineteenth day of
April next at the hour of Nine in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal.
