Session last at the Sessions-House for the said County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; adn
willl be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer
, from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying £20
Pounds your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Sessions-House aforesaid
On Tuesday the 17th Day of April next.
